Welcome to Matchline!
To give you just one example, we would like to highlight Big Brother Justin Bradshaw from Tarrant County. Like so many in our program, Justin has selflessly stepped forward to help make a difference in his Little Brother Undrell’s life. During the time Justin and Undrell have been matched, they have grown to become friends that motivate and inspire each other. With Justin’s guidance, Undrell’s grades have improved and his attitude toward school has become more positive. "My experience with Undrell has changed me in more ways than I could ever imagine," said Justin. "So many kids make wrong decisions and get influenced by their peers. I never have to worry about that with Undrell as he now makes A’s and B’s, is a standout on his football team and is extremely polite. He reminds me every day by just being himself how I can be a better person." Bradshaw, a former Army deep sea diver and owner of an aquatic boot camp, also volunteers his time with the Big Brothers Big Sisters agency as an ambassador by sharing his motivational story of volunteerism with others. "Undrell has conquered many challenges in his life," said Bradshaw. "I try to give him some guidance that might not be available to him otherwise, but that pales in comparison to what he has done for me." Please join us in thanking all of our regional winners for their service to Big Brothers Big Sisters and the children we serve.

We are proud to announce this year’s Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Year for our different regions. It is always an honor to be able to recognize those volunteers among us who go above and beyond in their role as mentor for our children. While it isn’t an easy task choosing the "best of the best," it is meaningful to be able to spotlight those who are making such a significant difference in the life of a child.
